Our Bakery Chef Diploma programme is designed for passionate professionals and anyone looking to embark on a rewarding career as a Professional Bakery Chef. 

Over an immersive training period of 520 hours (approximately 4 months), you will gain hands-on experience, mastering essential techniques through repetitive practice. 課程結構

麵包製作文憑 (麵包師文憑) (Boulangerie Chef Diploma ), 4個月的培訓((520小時的實踐工作以及課程結束前的最後80小時的實習)
分為以下2個級別:

1級:

L’Essentiel: 240 hours of training in basic bakery recipes and techniques.  

Intakes in 2025 – Jan 06 | May 06 | Sept 08

2級:

La Maîtrise: 280 hours of developing a range of modern and elaborating bakery techniques + 80 hours (minimum) of internship to discover the world of culinary professionals and apply practical skills acquired during the training.

Intakes in 2025 – Feb 24 | June 30 | Oct 27

The examination will be taken at each level, with both theoretical and practical parts. The student must pass the exam to progress to the next level. After completing an internship at Lenôtre or other companies, the student must submit a written report within 1 week.
