Lenôtre provides an opportunity to uncover the secrets of mastering sugar artistry. Over the course of 4 days, you’ll craft a stunning decorative masterpiece using only sugar, taking your artistic abilities to new heights.

• Cooking the sugar and use colour agents.
• Acknowledge how to handle and pull the sugar.
• Make sugar flowers.
• Make sugar ribbon.
• Prepare a base to support the structure.
• Learn to assemble all elements.

Learner will also acknowledge how to work with hot sugar and how to handle it safely.
