  • Learn the principles of various ingredients and combinations of flavors and textures in each layer with soft and tender textures
  • Learn how to make the modern Christmas Log Cake (Bûche de Noël) in a modern and unique style
  • Learn how to add value to menus by creatively adapting or creating uniqueness with elegant garnish and presentation
