Over 50 years since its creation, Lenôtre Culinary Arts School has embodied the passion for the passing on of knowledge that inspired its founder, Gaston Lenôtre. Generations after generations, our chefs have been driven by the desire to defend and promote the French gastronomic heritage. The Lenôtre School is a culinary school which offers certification training courses in Cuisine and Patisserie and Boulangerie. Open to all, we offer Advanced Training courses for amateurs and professionals looking to optimize their business, bespoke trainings, and consultation to enhance and ensure the long-term success of your projects, as well as team-buildings.
A unique training to prepare tomorrow’s great chef’s “Hand-on learning”, the core value at Lenôtre professional school, promotes the practice and experience of technical precision. By choosing our certifying course, a six-month program, trainees are immersed in Lenôtre culture alongside top-tier chefs. Fully surrounded by a culinary environment of richly diverse skilled craftsmen and facilities, trainees in search of excellence acquire fundamental techniques and quickly become highly qualified professionals.
Our Cuisine Chef Diploma programme is intended for passionate professionals or anyone who wishes to change careers and become a Professional Chef Cuisinier. We offer a training period of 840 hours (approximately 7 months), with an intense focus on practicing cuisine products and repeating gestures.
Given the intensity of this program, each candidate needs to be genuinely motivated by careers in cooking or gastronomy in general.
Our Pâtisserie Chef Diploma programme is intended for passionate professionals or anyone who wishes to change careers and become a Professional Chef Pâtissier. We offer a training period of 840 hours (approximately 7 months), with an intense focus on practicing pâtisserie products and repeating gestures. Teaching is provided in classes with a limited number of 12 students.
Our Boulangerie Chef Diploma programme is intended for passionate professionals or anyone who wishes to change careers and become a Professional Chef Boulanger. We offer a training period of 520 hours (approximately 4 months), with an intense focus on practicing boulangeries and repeating gestures.
