Lenôtre History

Gaston Lenôtre, one of the modern pastry founders who had trained many famous chefs, established his Parisian school in 1971. His vision to promote French gastronomy and legacy has been perpetuated for more than 50 years at Ecole Lenôtre in Paris.

Now in Bangkok, a new Culinary Art School is opened to both professionals and beginners who are determined to improve their culinary skills and continue its legacy.

Since its establishment more than 50 years ago in Paris, Lenôtre School has embodied the same passion for the passing on of knowledge that inspired the founder, Gaston Lenôtre.

Generations upon generations our chefs have been driven by the same desire to defend and promote French gastronomic heritage.

Lenôtre Culinary Arts School Thailand is the first opened franchise in Asia to share Masion Lenôtre’s know-how with students. This renowned institute is determined to pass on the secrets of its chefs’ creativity.

Our primary mission is to edeliver professional training in the art of cuisine, patisserie and boulangerie. However, our ambition goes even further: to train people to showcase their talents and place benevolence at the heart of their profession.

To meet this challenge, our culinary arts school places excellence at the heart of the culinary programmes, based on a professional educational approach and a strong will to transmit Gaston Lenôtre legacy.

Here everyone’s background and dreams are respected. We want to offer our students a future.
