Born to parents who were artisan butchers, Pascal Kamin started helping in the family shop from a young age while simultaneously pursuing a culinary education at the hospitality school in Metz. He gained experience in several Michelin-starred restaurants, including La Chèvre d’Or, La Grenouillère, and the Hôtel de Paris in Monaco.

Afterward, Pascal shifted his focus to catering, spending two years alongside MOF Pascal Joly in Rennes, followed by three years with MOF Fabrice Courbet in Besançon. After reaching the finals for the MOF in charcuterie and catering, he received an offer to move to San Francisco, where he spent five years working as head chef with MOF Claude Le Tohic at ONE65, a project dedicated to French gastronomy across six floors. In 2021, Pascal and his team were awarded a Michelin star, and in 2023, they won the World Cup for caterers.

Now, Pascal has turned his attention to teaching at École Lenôtre, aiming to pass on the knowledge he received from his mentors.
