  3. Flavor Risotto with Various Ingredients

    • Master how to enhance risotto with a variety of ingredients, such as mushrooms, seafood, vegetables, and cheese, to create rich and flavourful variations of the dish. 
  4. Understand Risotto Textures and Consistencies

    • Learn how to achieve different textures in risotto, from creamy to slightly al dente, and how the rice absorbs liquid during cooking to influence the final result.
