Lenôtre Diploma is a full comprehensive program with hands on practical class covering all essential topics in either cuisine, pastry, or bakery delivered in 840 hours directly in our laboratories with french chefs.
Yes, any Diplomas delivered at Lenôtre is recognized internationnaly. The first Lenôtre school opened more than 50 years ago and trained many successful chef in France and internationally.
The Diploma programme is devided i 3 level: beginner to assimilate the foundations, intermediate, to reinforce the foundation while practicing adavanced techniques and finaly the master dedicated to deliver culinary art knowledge at expert or fine dining level.
The level one is design to give solid foundation to beginners in the chosen topic. The goal is to master all the classic recipe on which one the french pastry, cuisine or bakery arts were build on.
The diploma level 2 is design to reinforce the knowledge aquire during level one, allowing more autonomy at work while learning advanced technique and recipes.
The diploma level 3 is design to bring all the advanced techniques necessary to master culinary arts at the level of fine dining, with high degree of sophistication in the chosen topic. This level includes also a training with a titled chef to complete the certification.
Yes, it is possible if the candidate has already a certification in the subject he or she wants to stdudy. A practical test before entry is required to validate the application and certify the applicant level.
If the missing level was completed in an accredited school and validated by Lenôtre, YES. Without any accreditation to validate the missing level, the candidate must be certified in 3 levels, in order to get the Diploma.
