MASTERCLASS CONTENT: 

  • 4 x days in our pastry laboratory  (12 x recipes) in alternance between the 2 chefs.
  • This Masterclass delivers techniques based on Otto Tay’s entremet creations  and frozen dessert creations  by Loy Ming Ai.
  • 1 x FREE demonstration on saturday the 5th in our auditorium , 2 extras recipes, techniques and a tasting sequence.
