We strongly encourage our potential students who are interested in a Diploma class to test their abilities and explore our facilities by booking a short course. This is also the best way to meet our instructors and take the time to discuss our long programmes and their benefits for learners.

The minimum age required is 18 years old. Lenôtre also organises scheduled workshops for children or can arrange them on request for groups of 8 to 12 children individually, or 16 children in pairs.

A one-day session includes lunch at our facilities, a chef's hat, and a Lenôtre apron to take home after class.

Yes, each participant receives a certificate of attendance after the session.
