Our Cuisine Chef Diploma programme is meticulously designed for passionate professionals or anyone eager to change careers and become a Professional Chef Cuisinier.  

                                                  

We offer an extensive training period of 840 hours (approximately 6 months), focusing heavily on hands-on practice with essential culinary techniques and repetitive gestures to truly master the art of cooking.


Given the program’s demanding nature, each candidate must be genuinely motivated by a career in cooking or gastronomy. This unwavering commitment is vital for success, as our comprehensive curriculum encompasses not only practical skills but also in-depth theoretical knowledge, ensuring a well-rounded culinary education. โครงสร้างหลักสูตร

Duration: approximately 6 months. (840 hours of training + 160 hours of internship) 
หลักสูตรแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระดับได้แก่:

ระดับที่ 1:

L’Essentiel: 240 hours of training in basic cooking recipes and techniques.

Intakes in 2025 – Jan 06 | June 30

ระดับที่ 2:

L’Incontournable: 280 hours of training in advanced classics and traditional cooking dishes.

Intakes in 2025 – Feb 24 | Sep 01

ระดับที่ 3:

La Maîtrise: 320 hours of developing and improving a range of modern cooking techniques + 160 hours (minimum) of internship

Intakes in 2025 – Apr 21 | Oct 21

The examination will be taken at each level, with both theoretical and practical parts. To progress to the next level, you must pass the exam. After completing an internship at the Lenôtre School Thailand or at other companies, you must submit a written report within 1 week.
