      The certification training courses in Pâtisserie (Pastry Making) at Lenôtre Culinary Arts School
      Thailand are designed for people seeking to train or to switch careers including:

              Hobbyists and enthusiasts seeking to switch careers
              Young professionals
              Professionals who have former experience in the food industry

      To enroll in this intensive program, each applicant needs to be genuinely motivated by
      careers in pastry making or gastronomy in general.

   OBJECTIVE

      The goal is to quickly reach a high level of qualification in 6 months without taking a long time
      in the initial training period. Lenôtre Culinary Arts School Thailand will provide you with the
      basic methods and essential techniques in pâtisserie (pastry making) necessary for becom-
      ing an accomplished professional.

   THE PRE-REQUISITES

      ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS COURSE ENROLLMENT:

              18 years old minimum
              Completed year 9 or equivalent at secondary level education
              Have a strong passion for culinary arts
              Basic knowledge of elementary reasoning (arithmetic and logic)
