This class is a kick start to learn the fundamental techniques behind breadmaking with our expert lecturer to making artisan bread.

Assimilate all the fundamentals including:  ingredient functions, fermenting, proving, shaping, dividing and baking to prepare the basic french  bread recipies on which one you will be able to build further trainings and progress.

Due to his  climate making bread in Thailand remains a challenge but our expert baker chef can bring you all solutions to master fermentation time and level under tropical conditions.
