During this workshop, participants will be demonstrated and instructed how to prepare David Briand 15 creations with technical sheets. Participants will actively learn by following the chef’s instructions, how to prepare all components involved in each recipe, assembly pastries by stages in chronological order with decorations. Those five days’ masterclass allow pastry amateurs enough time to assimilate MOF chef techniques and workflow to recreate all preparations back home.
