These 5 days bakery class is suitable fo  bakers looking to enhance their skills & techniques, after having completed fundamental bakery class at Lenôtre or beiing certified in other schools.

Master the art of making baguette and sourdough with original recipies.

Practice  and master all the techniques of lamination, layering butter, folding & shapping to create the perfect leavened puff pastry with twist and avanced techniques. Learn to make more complex brioche with best texture result.

You will be teached how to troubleshoot avanced lamination and baking issues & achieve consistent, high-quality results.100% learning by doing following all steps.

Due to his climate making bread in Thailand remains a challenge but our expert baker chef can bring you all solutions to master fermentation time and level under tropical conditions.
