Learn to make artisan chocolate bonbons with different fancy fillings. You will be guided during 2 days to assimilate diferent techniques: molding, framing, emulsifying ganache, enrobing with chocolate machine and by hand, temper cocoa butter, decorating. Learn all technical aspect from product knowlege, handling, equipment, temperature, production to storing.
