During these intensive 3 days masterclass, MOF chef David Briand will demonstrate how to prepare 12 of his outstanding creations. Participants will follow the demonstration with technical sheets and will be involved in all preparations. The masterclass objective is to give a maximum MOF chef techniques tips and secrets behind each recipe to recreate all preparations back home.
